The food you eat looks like a huge stone wall to your body. Your body has to break down the food to the size of a grain of sand for it to use to give you energy and keep you healthy and growing.

How does it do that? As you chew your food the enzymes in your mouth start to break up the food into pieces that it can use. How do we use Fast-Tract?

Gently shake the bottle and untwist the cap slowly to release any gas. There may be a little sediment in the bottom of the bottle, which is a nutrient for the bacteria. Dilute with water, freshly squeezed juices, add to recipes, use in smoothies and salad dressings, or drink neat.

Fast-Tract is recommended as part of every start-up program. Drinking 30 to 50ml of Fast-Tract along with a teaspoon of In-Liven for the first 10-14 days can jump-start the good bacteria in the gut.
